Return & Refund Policy

At Khan's Garage we take the initiative to ensure that your product arrives in the best condition and the product you receive is the product you ordered. We strive to give you the best quality of items at fair prices.

Returns and Refunds:

All sales are final. We ask you to please purchase items responsibly and to make sure it is the exact item you want at a price you are satisfied with. We will not accept a return if you decide to change your mind or find the item at a different price. Please note that we are not a major retailer (Walmart, Target, or Amazon) and that we cannot provide similar prices as such.

Damaged Items:

Items that are defective or arrive damaged may be subject to an exchange or a refund. The item must be sent back in the same package and same condition that you received it in. Video and photo evidence WILL be required to ensure the damage was not caused by buyer misuse or occurred after package delivery. Each request will be reviewed by case by case basis

Refunds and Exchanges will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

  • Items sent without any video or photo documentation
  • Damage due to buyer misuse or mishandling
    • Some items are fragile and will have an age requirement. 
  • Variation in color or appearance due to mobile or desktop screen differences
  • Minor manufacturer defects on item such as discoloration, paint imperfections, or dents that passed manufacturer QC
  • Items not sent in original packaging or in the condition received upon unboxing
  • Packaging imperfections

How to Request a Refund or Replacement
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us via email, text, or social media DM within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • The unboxing video

  • Photos (if applicable)

Requests without proper video evidence WILL NOT be approved.

Cancellations : 

Order cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you place an order and contact us to cancel the order once it is processed the order can be cancelled and is subject to a 20% restocking fee of the complete order amount. Once the order has shipped we can no longer cancel the order. If you no longer want the order once it arrives to you you can return it to us and once received we will process a refund minus the 20% restocking fee. Return shipping to us is to be paid by the buyer when the buyer requests a cancellation or return on their behalf.
